About The Owner

Josefina Cruz (“Grandma”) grew up in the state of Hidalgo, Mexico, where she learned to cook family recipes and cultivated a passion for authentic Mexican cuisine. She has been a popular figure at Walla Walla food fairs and festivals since 2007.

For years, people told Grandma that she should open a restaurant. Today, with the help of her son, Grandma Cruz is living her dream and sharing her love of food with others.
